Collecta – Agustinia – 88061

Agustinia was a sauropod from the Cretaceous period, it lived in Argentina around 112-100 million years ago. This herbivorous dinosaur was believed to be 15 meters long. The long spinous processes that run along the spine – from the neck to the tail – are striking. Presumably these spinous processes served to deter predatory dinosaurs and to impress the ladies.
