CollectA’s finely detailed replica of the Plateosaurus is lifelike in every detail, from the serrated teeth in its open mouth, to the wrinkles on its legs and abdomen. The long-necked dinosaur is depicted standing on its hind legs, using its tail to balance. Dating back to the Triassic Period, the Plateosaurus lived in Central and Northern Europe and grew to be between 16 and 33 feet in length. Fossil remains show that the dinosaur was a plant-eater.
